Sophie Bertin

Sophie has over 25 years of professional experience and she is expert on helping clients in their strategy, reorganisation and business development, as well as advising on topics on banking regulation and interplay with EU competition law. Implemented compliance structures at large multinational clients.

Experience in top Management Consulting - McKinsey and Bain; Worked at the Bank of New York Mellon and at SWIFT;

Led the task Force Financial Crisis at the European Commission in DG Competition and contributed to key European Legislations;

Graduated from ESCP Europe, holds an MBA from INSEAD and a post-graduate in EU Competition Law from Kings' College.
